Technical Marketing Manager Mar.2023 – Mar.2024
Conducting market research, Analyzing marketing metrics, Defining product vision/strategy/roadmap, Collaborating with the third-party stakeholders, Managing the AIoT products.
Hi I'm Hannah Lin. I'm developing APIs to monitor AIoT products.
It's my space to show my projects. I have been developed AIoT(AI + IoT) application on OpenStack & NGS(Next-generation sequencing) analyzed pipelines on AWS(Amazon web services) and GCP(Google cloud platform).
To build a good extensible and maintainable software architectures, I research & compare open source frameworks & tools to support me developing my business. It's a great process to improve & make it come true.
My research topic is Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) data analysis on cloud environment. When I got into the Bioinformatics department of NYMU, there was a severe change happened in genetic analysis domain of biology.
The Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) was introduced and it heavily reduced the cost of DNA sequencing, which implies more people can afford the sequencing and more data will be produced in the coming future.
Far far away, my independent project is Unfold Spatial Information through QR Code, which is used QR Code to save interior spaces on Android app.
I'm learning some Technical topics online for improving my skills & using in jobs.

It's a ap/switch/gateway Cloud manage platform to monitoring devices.
We get Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) data on S3 and analyze on AWS & GCP. That included creating image and spot instance for analyzing Alzheimer’s Disease Sequencing Project (ADSP), using Workflow Description Language (WDL) to connect the analyzing function. It also connected APIs for querying database. Our datasets that can be easily accessed by the research community and utilized to their fullest extent.
Our team apply scrum, a software development process framework, to develop Internet of Things in healthcare. Made possible by advances in sensor and interconnect technologies, healthcare can include collecting patient data dynamically to foster preventive care, diagnostics, and even measure treatment results.
Our team is under the NINDS division of NIH. Our goal was to reconstruct the Patient-Reported Outcomes Measurement Information System (PROMIS) API. Tried to make the API Restful and improve the scalability on data layer with the open source tools. To accomplish this task, we chose to work with Spring MVC, Spring Data and Mongo DB.
